Our heartfelt thanks today go to Melissa from Petoskey, MI who shared her personal journey with cancer in a letter accompanying her hair donation. Melissa was diagnosed with stage 4 Burketts Lymphoma and after going into remission, 4 years later she is excited to be donating her hair!
Melissa writes “As a Michigan native & cancer survivor, I feel lucky to have an organization that is based right here helping those with hair loss due to any type of illness. I am donating my hair in honor of all who fought cancer and those who care for them everyday.”
