A special thanks to The Oakland Press for covering the annual Pigs 4 Wigs campaign over the years. This initiative which was started by the Milford Police Department 5 years ago is held as part of No-Shave November where police officers grow their mustaches & beards for monetary donations to Wigs 4 Kids. The funds are then utilized to provide wigs & support services to Michigan children experiencing hair loss as a result of illness and treatment. You can read more about the event in the Oakland Press article here: http://www.theoaklandpress.com/general-news/20171026/milford-police-department-partners-with-other-law-enforcement-agencies-for-annual-pigs4wigs-campaign
