Officer Jeff Brooks from the Clinton Township Police Department decided on a Friday afternoon to donate 2 and a half feet of his own hair to Wigs 4 Kids. Brooks has been growing his hair for 4 years working as an undercover officer and chose Wigs 4 Kids as his charity of choice to receive his donation.
