Christine is one of our newest wig recipients who is 8 years old and has alopecia; an auto-immune disorder causing hair loss. Her mom researched organizations to help her daughter with a wig and chose Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan to reach out for support. After receiving a wig, welcome bag full of comfort items, and a headset in our VR 4 Kids Program, Christine's family chose to show their appreciation by having a delicious assortment of cupcakes delivered to our Wellness Center with a beautiful note: "to our friends, we wanted to send a little sweetness to thank you for the kindness & compassion you have showed Christine and our family. Thank you for your incredible and impactful work!" We are honored & privileged to be of service to Christine as she journeys through her health challenge!
