Meet Bree, one of our wig recipients! She was diagnosed at age 9 with bone cancer, received a wig and a hair hat made from her own hair before it fell completely out from chemo. She has had 5 reconstructive surgeries over the last two years to heal her leg and she just got out of her brace & wheelchair. Bree visited our fitness room for some light exercise and she continues to benefit from other support services including our VR 4 Kids Program and makeup classes. Bree is one example of how we work to address the physical, emotional, social & psychological side effects of hair loss for ALL of our kids!
